The Vuong brothers are second-generation coffee producers in Vietnam. Hieu and his brother Trung currently manage the coffee farms with their father. They are considered young producers (U40).

Total hectares: 12 (2 farms)
Currently growing Catimor, Java that was purchased from Lao, Yellow Bourbon, and Orange Bourbon (small quantity of trees)

Anaerobic Natural with Wine Yeast
Experimental lot. 48 hours Anaerobic Natural, then pulped and fermented in Mossto for 60 hours. 38C-water is mixed with wine yeast and enzyme. Drying for 10 days.
